Dear beloved twins from AEGEE-Kyiv,

We have been preparing for the second part of the Exchange for quite some time now. Whilst we know you’ve been extremely busy working on the Agora, we’ve been working hard to set up an ideal programme for your stay in Malta, and what a programme we’ve prepared for you!

Upon your arrival at the Malta International Airport you will be warmly greeted and escorted to our accommodation where you will have a small snack waiting for you. Shortly after, we will give you a brief tour of the village we will be staying in and prepare for our Welcome party at night. The days will carry on with various excursions including a day trip in our sister island of Gozo, a tour of the Three Cities, Valletta, the fishing village of Marsaxlokk and a delightful Mdina by Night tour.

During the exchange, AEGEE-Valletta will also organise a workshop to discuss and share NGO’s best practices and also a seminar on Youth Social Exclusion on the occasion of the European Year 2010 which is dedicated to Combating Poverty and Social Exclusion.

With ‘excursion’, ‘culture’, ‘history’ and ‘tradition’ being the main buzz words during the day, the words ‘party’, ‘Paceville’ and ‘nightlife’ will be the hype of our nights out. With the Welcome Party being just a taste of what is yet to come, the parties planned for the rest of the evenings will get you very curious to see what’s in store for you! Other entertaining events are also being planned for you, but obviously that’s just a secret for now.
